Appointments, maps, reviews and external services

Appointment links open NexHealth, our online scheduling provider. Directions and patient review links open Google. The embedded map loads from Google when you approach it. Our phone number, address, office hours, rating and selected reviews come from Google Maps. We check for updates daily and publish changes with this website. Email, booking links and suite information are maintained by the practice. Google provides the rating, review selection, ordering and reviewer details; reviewer photos load from Google. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. NexHealth has its own privacy practices and terms. This website does not contain a patient intake form or add its own analytics or advertising scripts.
