- Come to your appointment Bring your dental insurance card, photo ID, and a list of any medications. Arrive ten minutes early for paperwork.
- Meet the team. We’ll talk about your reason for coming in today, take a look, and explain your options before anything else happens.
Do you take my insurance?
We’re a participating provider with Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife and Aetna, and we accept almost all other plans. We submit the paperwork for you. Insurance and payment details.
I’m nervous about the dentist. Is that okay?
Completely. Many of our patients felt the same way at first. Tell us your concerns when you book and we’ll plan around it, with comfort options that include hot pillows, movies, or laughing gas.
Will I get a cleaning at my first visit?
It depends on what you need. When you book, tell us whether you’d like a cleaning, an exam for a specific concern, or both, and we’ll set aside the right amount of time.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer in-office payment plans, but accept payment options available through CareCredit or HFD (subject to credit approval and the terms of the plan). Ask our team for the current details.
Do you see children?
Yes, from their first tooth. We recommend a first visit by age one, and there’s a play area in the waiting room. More about family care.
