We realize that every person’s financial situation is different. For this reason we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a health and confident smile with respect to your budget.

We are happy to submit the forms necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage; however, we can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we ask that all patients be directly responsible for all charges. All patients are expected to pay their estimated portion on the day treatment is received. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy. If for some reason your insurance company does not pay estimated benefits, then you are ultimately responsible for the entire treatment fee. Healthy Smile is a participating provider with: Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife and Aetna. We accept almost all other insurance plans.

Payment Options Available:

Cash or Check: We are happy to accept payment by cash or personal check.

Credit Card: For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.

Payment Plan: For patients who desire a monthly payment plan we offer the Care Credit Program. There are no application fees, no down payment is necessary, and the loan can be interest-free.
